You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If you would like assistance with canceling your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.

Return Instructions

1. Do Not Use or Install: Keep the product unused.
2. Original Packaging: Ensure the item is in its original packaging.
3. Request a Return: Email support@vanceihome.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and photos/videos of the product. We’ll confirm eligibility within 48 hours.
4. Shipping Back: If approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Returns without authorization won’t be accepted. Use a tracked and signed shipping method, as we aren’t responsible for lost items.
5. Refund or Exchange: Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days and issue a refund or exchange.
