If the height of the ceiling is very high, you need to confirm the length of the rods, cord, and chain with our customer service. If you do not know the specific extension, you can measure the height of the ceiling and send it to us. Note: Normally we will provide 120 inches long rods/cords/chains for customers who have high ceiling.
